just to let anybody who did not know already bethels airsoft prices have gone up. since new management came in for the paintball and airsoft fields it is now $20 for your first time(under new management) to come and play. they will give you a lanyard with a card on the bottom that will give you $5 off on your next trip to the field. so its $15 every time after that. the card has places that the ref on duty will punch a hole throught after you have been chronoed, or if you violate/break a rule. also, the park now opens at 9 a.m. , but most of the airsofters show up at around 10-11 and the games usually start at 12. feel free to add onto this if i missed annything really important or if i missed anything that 1st timers to bethel may need to know. thanks, bleach

Thanks Bleach for posting, that means a lot to everyone that hasn't been to Bethel in sometime. I also agree with Blackjack as well, Bethel is a good deal, even though the fields are much smaller then New Kent and Ballahack, but those fields are good for once a month play. I hope to make it out to Bethel more often now that the holidays are over. I also hit up New Kent once a month, and have been going since last June. I missed this month though, but hope to make it next month.

Thanks for the status and new information. Does the 'proshop' there, at bethel, have airsoft-related items for sale....say a hopup bucking? I need a new one for my m14.

Does the M14 use a standard hop-up bucking? I know the Marui version has its own special barrel, and I have no clue about the G&G one. If so, I have a few that I can let go off.

All the M14s that I've worked on use the regular bucking.

stay on topic guys. bethel is a fun field and while yes it is small the games have alot of unique twists to similar games and if you have issues with gear most people will be willing to help you out.

I agree 100%, we need to stay on topic, and I'm very guilty of not staying on topic. We do have a area for this type of questions that deal with tech related issues.

just to add to my above information. There have been people asking about the proshop at bethel. Right now they are really only selling paintball equipment but they do have items like red dot/holo sights in sometimes, and also masks and bbs. the sights, masks, and bbs are really the only airsoft stuff right now but i have talked to them and they are trying to get more airsoft items into the proshop. There are also two guns sitting in the shop one is an ak47 the other an ics sig 552.I have talked to them about the guns in the shop as some people at the field were asking about them but they do not know what they are goin to do with them yet. so to finalize, they really are limited on the airsoft equipment now but they are working on getting more. I am sorry if i went on a rant for a minute there i just like to get my point across lol. I hope this helped thanks, bleach

I'm thinking about going down to Bethel this weekend and talk with them about promoting this forum and see what other things I can find out. From what I have seen, they have done a great job setting up and running the airsoft.

I talked with the staff at Bethel, and they will be posting more information about their rules for airsoft as well as some teasing information about the upcoming OP in March. More to follow as it comes out.
